The screen shot above shows the analysis of WCC (red) playing against another well-known program (yellow) on the Banks Master Ladder. In this game from the Double Cross opening, WCC was able to find a win in only 27 seconds, when a move from the other program was sent after three days! Even more amazingly, this 27-second search outperformed the other program again, when, after three more days, the opponent played into the quickest way to lose!

After 9-13! better resistance was possible with 32-28, 5-9 28-24, 7-10 26-23, 8-11 24-19, 11-16 18-15, 10-14 25-21, 16-20 22-18, 20-24 15-10, etc. This was the result of 27 seconds of searching with WCC. After another three days of searching, the other program played 18-15?? which loses immediately to 7-10! 15x6 1x10.
