WCC Gold Plus is an updated version of the classic WCC Gold program. Gold Plus is designed to run on computers with less memory (as little as 64 megabytes, but it can still take advantage of large amounts of RAM). It has the 2- to 6-piece databases, both win/loss/draw and perfect play, and has all the user features of the Platinum series.

The 6-piece perfect play database is capable of announcing a win from 167 plies away. Gold Plus also has the enhanced opening book, correcting over 4,500 entries from the old WCC Gold book. This version of WCC has all the features and power of the Platinum series with the exception of the 7- and 8-piece win/loss/draw databases and the 7-piece perfect play.
